I think that the whole class was very interesting. I feel that before this class I did not know much about what goes on inside a computer and these presentations help to clear a few questions. During each presentation I feel that I learned something new and took away a bit more information than I had previously known.
Many things were valuable like learning more about the CPU, BIOS, hard drives, and graphic cards. I thought I knew what I needed to know about flash drives and USB but even those presentations gave me new information. I am glad to know that some flash drives can just give out because it did happen to me and I had no idea why...good thing I invest in more than one!
The most valuable one for me was digital cameras. This is because that is what I was buying for my birthday and when I purchased my new camera over the weekend, I took that information into consideration before deciding. It seemed to have come at just the right time.
The virus and antivirus software presentations were beneficial as well. It was good to see what is out there in the example of viruses and different ways to protect from them.
I am glad to hear that the presentations were a valuable learning experience for you. Great that the info on cameras was so timely.
