This week we looked at different ways to have meetings when not everyone can attend in one place. I liked looking at the different ways to meet with others. This is a nice way to talk with people who are very far away from you or keep in touch.
Web 2.0 applications were also an activity we worked on this week. I looked at the application called Remember the Milk. This is an online tool to help people manage their tasks in an easy way. I thought that it was really interesting and had fun looking around the site. It seemed very simple to create tasks and lists of things that I would need to get done. I liked that I can be reminded of my tasks through email and that I could create as many lists as I would want. I am still thinking of ways that I could use it in my classroom to benefit the students.
